Dr. David Simonak received his undergraduate degree in Biology, with highest honors, from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He received his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his Family Medicine Internship at Ohio University, Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He has served the health needs of north Texas since 1983, establishing Fossil Creek Family Medical Center in 1986. Since that time he has grown the practice to include many different services to encompass complete patient care. |
Dr. Ryan Simonak joined his father in practice at Fossil Creek Family Medical Center in July 2015, making this TRULY a family practice. Dr. Ryan Simonak attended Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he received a biochemistry B.S. and a history B.A. He earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Fort Worth, Texas, and then completed residency in Family Medicine at Trident Health Center/Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. He remained in Charleston for 3 years, working at an urgent care/family medicine clinic. |
Dr. Brady Simonak joined his father and older brother in practice at Fossil Creek Family Medical Center in July of 2017. Dr. Brady Simonak earned his BS in Biology at Texas Christian University in 2007, before serving as a National Marines Fishery Observer, Field Biologist, in Anchorage AK. Returning home to Texas, he earned his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, June 2014, and later completed his residency in Family Medicine from CHRISTUS Health-Spohn/Texas A &M in Corpus Christi, in June of 2017. |
